SAN JOSE, Calif. (September 11, 2025) — The Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG) – the leading business association representing the innovation economy and its ecosystem – today announced the hire of EJ Jarvis as an Associate, Office of the CEO, responsible for business development and member success.
In this role, EJ will support SVLG’s efforts to strengthen engagement with business leaders, foster strategic partnerships with member companies, and drive initiatives that enhance Silicon Valley’s global competitiveness and economic growth.

Before joining SVLG, Jarvis held finance roles at BlackRock and PIMCO. He earned a B.A. in Urban Studies from Yale University, where he served as a Woodbridge Fellow in the Office of New Haven Affairs and played collegiate basketball for the Yale Bulldogs, winning three Ivy League Championships.
