Our programming adds value across several metrics, including: leadership, board readiness, inclusion and belonging, and ESG connected disciplines. We’re actively supporting the next cohort of diverse board candidates in Silicon Valley via our Next Generation Board Network program, sponsored by EY and Equilar. While simultaneously looking to change the face of Silicon Valley corporations by partnering on Pledge 25x25 - a program designed to increase representation and diversity in corporate leadership roles. Additionally, we’re working with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and focused on the next generation of skilled workers through our partnerships with academics and those in the higher-education and post-secondary space.

SVLG offers our members a variety of marketing and brand-building opportunities. We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities available for many of our group events. And we now offer enhanced media production and marketing services for members to drive messaging along key brand, impact, and policy priorities.
Research shows that nearly 90 percent of companies that measure the connection between volunteer participation and employee engagement found a positive correlation between the two. In addition to our work in the public policy space, we are also active and visible in the community. And provide member companies with opportunities for employees to volunteer, support, and work directly with community leaders via the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation, a 501(c)3.
