SVLG Presents a Guide for Building Diverse Organizations
On Thursday, January 13th, 2021, from 11:00am – 12:00pm PST, SVLG’s Racial Justice and Equity Team will kick off 2022 with a peer-to-peer conversation about corporate diversity. The event will highlight a resource developed by several distinguished members of Stanford Business School (GSB) Class of 1994, Racial Equity Playbook — a tool designed to help corporations make meaningful changes to drive diversity, equity and inclusion.
During this event, attendees will have the chance to learn more about this resource and engage directly with the authors, Thane Kreiner, Co-Founder of the Black Corporate Board Readiness Program, Ken McDonald, General Manager at Togetherwork, and Jennifer Silva, Co-Founder of the Racial Equity Playbook, about their experience working with corporations and other entities who’ve adopted the practices included in the playbook. We hope you will join us for what should prove to be an informative and engaging discussion.
