Building on our most popular continuing series (The Women’s Leadership Roundtables) we expand on those leadership themes to create a new dynamic event – Mobilizing Our Power, SVLG’s Women’s Leadership Summit. In our inaugural event, we bring together top female leaders, younger startup founders, wellness experts, and others for a unique opportunity to understand where women are today. From our office selves to our work/life balance and beyond – it’s a place where Silicon Valley changemakers can weigh in with their unique perspectives on the challenges and opportunities across the modern landscape for women today.

This panel will feature female founders and touch on their stories including what they had to do differently than their male counterparts to secure funding, what this process looked like for them, as well as tips they share for our audience members traveling the same path.
Modern Work HERdles: Today’s Office Obstacles
This panel will touch on a variety of topics women are facing in their work worlds: pay equity, mentoring vs. sponsoring, returning to the workforce, and what work-life integration looks like in our new remote work world. We unpack some of these very recognizable obstacles women are facing and explore the responses and resources available.
Advancing Authentically: Owning and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
According to a study by KPMG, about 75% of women have experienced imposter syndrome at some stage in their career. Join us in a discussion on how women get past imposter syndrome and how to confidently step into the leadership roles we deserve.
