Meet the Candidate: Antonio Villaraigosa

We’re excited to announce SVLG’s “Meet the Candidate” conversation with Antonio Villaraigosa, who is running for Governor of California. Join us on February 27 from 1:00 – 2:30 pm at DLA Piper’s offices in San Francisco for a moderated policy discussion and audience Q&A.

Antonio Villaraigosa served as the 41st Mayor of Los Angeles and the 63rd Speaker of the California State Assembly. He also most recently served as Infrastructure Advisor to Governor Newsom, where he focused on transportation and modernization projects.

This program is part of SVLG’s ongoing Meet the Candidate series, launched last fall and designed to provide members with direct access to California’s leading candidates and a substantive discussion of their vision for the state’s economic future – including how they would strengthen California’s business climate and innovation ecosystem.
