Climate Bond Task Force

This task force will shape which priorities SVLG will advocate to be included in the state Climate Bond. The Climate Bond proposals currently sit at approximately $15 billion dollars and include funding for issues ranging from water security, electric vehicles, energy infrastructure, sea level rise, and more. California’s enormous budget shortfall makes negotiations for what is included within this bond critically important. Members will have the opportunity to provide feedback on which topics SVLG should support in the Bond. The first meeting of the Task Force will take place on July 26 at 1 PM.
