Vince Rocha is the Sr. Director of Housing and Community Development at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Prior to joining the Leadership Group, Vince acquired public policy expertise while working on an array of issues in the U.S. Congress for over seven years. These issues include housing, agriculture, and immigration. In addition, he is experienced in trade association advocacy and has worked on housing policy issues at the state and local level for the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS. Notably, Vince also has experience winning political campaigns at the municipal and Congressional level.
He is passionate about running and volunteering as an assistant high school Cross Country and Track and Field coach.
Vince is an alumnus of Santa Clara High School and holds two B.A. degrees from the University of California Riverside in Political Science and U.S. History. Vince and his wife Megan currently reside with their two dogs in San Jose.
