Vanessa Grijalva also known by her peers as “V” is Manager of Operations and Racial Justice and Equity for the Leadership Group. V holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and over 10+ years experience working in various industries such as Staffing, Healthcare and Tech. She brings to the team a fresh perspective, dedication, determination and passion.

Born and raised in Silicon Valley (San Jose to be exact), V also sits on the board for the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley and gives back to her community by advocacy and volunteer work. Her passion is god, family and her community.

In V’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her son, cooking and trying new foods.
