Michelle Vu is the Senior Media Associate at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. In this role, she works with the Communications team to research and produce content strategy.

Prior to her role at the Leadership Group, Michelle worked at the District 4 Councilmember’s office at the City of San José. She also spent several years developing digital initiatives for the alcohol and substance counseling program at her alma mater.

Michelle received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Global Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with an emphasis on Asian-American Studies. She was highly involved in the campus community’s cultural and identity-based organizations.

As a San Jose native, Michelle is passionate about her family, traveling, and finding delicious restaurants and breweries around the Bay Area.
