Kyle Muña serves as the Workforce Development Associate at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation, where he facilitates strategic partnerships between education and industry to create opportunities that broaden students’ career prospects. His work focuses on building bridges across sectors to ensure that students of all backgrounds have access to education that prepares them for meaningful careers in the innovation economy.

As an educator and proud native CHamoru, Kyle is committed to empowering students to lead purposeful, impactful lives, particularly as they navigate the complexities of higher education. He brings a wealth of experience working with youth, having served as a summer teaching fellow, writing tutor, program lead, and college-access mentor, guiding high school juniors and seniors through the college admissions process and into higher education. Prior to joining the SVLG Foundation, Kyle contributed to transformative education initiatives as a Program Associate with the Stanford AmeriCorps VISTA Fellowship and a Course Assistant in Stanford’s Life Design Lab, a pioneering center for career and personal development.

Kyle holds a Master’s in Education from Stanford Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s in Human Development from Cornell University.
