Emily Sparling is the Senior Events Manager for the Leadership Group Foundation’s fundraising events which donate more than $1M annually to local charities. Emily manages partner relationships and their participation in our events, and oversees the Foundation’s event platform and technology implementation along with various other planning efforts.

Emily graduated with a degree in Communication & Media Studies with a focus in Philanthropy from San Jose State, and is passionate about strengthening our community and improving the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors. Emily was a marketing intern for the Foundation during her time at San Jose State and held internships and fellowships based in community development. She brings sales and business development experience from her previous role at Robert Half International.

Emily was born and raised in Morgan Hill, and comes from a big, crazy family. She enjoys spending time making memories with family and friends, cooking, and traveling to new places!
