Damani Wilson is the Senior Director of Racial Justice & Equity at Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He leads key RJE initiatives including but not limited to Pledge 25x25 and SVLG’s efforts centered around legislative activity. In his prior work, he has significant experience spanning the education, tech, government and non-profit sectors. A former middle school teacher, Damani looks for ways to continue serving youth, including moonlighting as a high school Track & Field Coach, tutoring, and volunteering as an interventionist in the Juvenile Detention system. A former 2-sport Ivy League Champion, Damani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Harvard University.
