The Great Resignation Roundtable
According to a new Pew Research Center survey, a majority of workers who quit their job in 2021 left because of low pay, no opportunities for advancement, and feelings of disrespect at work. This Harris Poll survey showed how many Americans have started to confront systemic racial injustice for the first time, contributing to what’s being referred to as the Great Resignation.
Join Silicon Valley Leadership Group’s Racial Justice and Equity team for a roundtable about The Great Resignation on Tuesday, May 17, from 1:00PM – 2:00PM (PST). During this discussion, Dr. Kathleen Wong(Lau), Chief Diversity Officer at San Jose State University, and Cheick Camara, Senior Director, Head of Platform Engineering Operations at ServiceNow, will discuss their respective efforts focused on retention and the work underway to address these trends.
