As we head into the summer months and our state continues to experience extreme drought, State Water Resources Control Board Chair, Joaquin Esquivel, will give an update on our water supply outlook, strategies for management, and new emergency regulations to conserve water for health and human safety.  Marty Kropelnicki, President & CEO of California Water Service, will help us kick off this great event.
