A New Era Begins: Roundtable with Mayor Matt Mahan

On January 1, Matt Mahan was sworn in as San Jose’s 66th Mayor. His career of founding and growing companies dedicated to empowering neighborhoods and holding our government accountable served him well on the San Jose City Council from 2020 to 2022, before winning a tightly-contested mayoral race in November. 

Now that he has started his first term leading Silicon Valley’s largest city, what are his visions and priorities? And how will his core tenets of empowerment and accountability remain key to his policy priorities?

Members, we hope you can join SVLG’s roundtable at Adobe Headquarters on February 24 from 10:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. PST with Mayor Mahan and SVLG CEO Ahmad Thomas. They will dive into his priorities for his first term and discuss opportunities for engagement between the city and SVLG member companies.
