Chair Randolph brings a wealth of state service experience to the role, having worked as a CPUC Commissioner and a Deputy Secretary and General Counsel for the California Natural Resources Agency. The Air Board is in charge of implementing a number of important state laws, including regulating mobile source emissions and developing a Scoping Plan to meet California’s ambitious greenhouse goals.
