Ruhi Dhayagude serves as the Workforce Development Associate at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, where she supports the design and implementation of career-connected learning initiatives across the Bay Area’s K–16 ecosystem. She brings cross-sector experience spanning education, research, public policy, and economic development, informing her approach to building responsive and scalable programs that operationalize employer priorities and drive equitable growth across the region.

Ruhi holds honors degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
