Housing, Infrastructure and Placemaking in a Post-Covid World: Silicon Valley has been a key hub of innovation and change for decades. Covid and remote work will bring changes to Silicon Valley, but investment in strong cities and infrastructure will play a key role in how we work, live and play and help us come back stronger, happier, and healthier after the pandemic.

Kicking it off, United States Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, will sit down with San Jose’s Mayor Sam Liccardo for a conversation on our infrastructure. Joining us later in her first major talk with Silicon Valley since being named to the Federal Transit Administration, will be Nuria Fernandez. To conclude the program, President Pro Tempore of the California Senate, Toni Atkins, will be giving an overview of the new California housing package. With President Biden’s history-making infrastructure plan next in the national conversation, find out what’s next federally for the Bay Area and how equity figures in. You won’t want to miss it!
