Ernesto Romero is the Senior Director of Business Development for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He Joined the BD Team in February of 2021 to expand SVLG's outreach and scale out the network of member companies. Additionally, he is coordinating the 100 Startups Initiative to support female founders and entrepreneurs of color through the SVLG Launch Circuit.

Before joining SVLG, Ernesto worked as a Financial Analyst at a Real Estate Investment firm, Lionheart Capital, where he collaborated closely with the Director of Operations & Chief Financial Officer to oversee over 1.2M sqft of commercial real estate.

Ernesto graduated from Villanova University's School of Business where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, Ernesto enjoys biking, playing tennis and being out in the open water.
