Cecilia Conley, or Ceci, is the Transportation and Housing Senior Associate at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. In this role, she works with the Vice President of Transportation, Housing & Community Development to shape decision-making on transportation policy, programs, and infrastructure, and supports the housing team.
Before joining the Leadership Group, Ceci worked as a city planner for the consulting firm, M-Group. Through her work at M-Group, she managed projects and worked to serve the public in the cities of Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Belmont, and Milpitas. Prior to that, Ceci held a variety of positions in planning and transportation, including internships at SPUR San Jose and at the City of San Jose’s Department of Transportation, with the Transportation Options Program, where she focused on the Safe Routes to School program.
Ceci received a BA in History from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University, where she was awarded the 2015 AICP Outstanding Student Award. Her Master’s Thesis analyzed the impacts of Bike Share on perceptions of Downtown San Jose.
Ceci lives near downtown San Jose with her husband John and her three young children.
