A chance to solve a mystery...
A chance to create a solution to our affordable housing crisis
The Housing Trust of Santa Clara County is a nonprofit community-based organization that invests in the creation of affordable housing opportunities in Santa Clara County, CA.
Launched on July 31, 2001, the Housing Trust has already disbursed $26 million in grants and loans. Those funds have leveraged $1.25 billion in private development, which has helped secure housing opportunities for more than 6,600 families throughout the Valley. Funded entirely through the voluntary donations of local businesses, governments, foundations and concerned citizens, the Housing Trust is nationally-recognized as a model of innovative investment.

You have a unique opportunity to help families afford life in Silicon Valley by supporting the Housing Trust's "Phase II" Campaign - a three-year, $10 million fundraising effort that began in February, 2005. On February 15, San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed, Seagate CEO Bill Watkins, Applied Materials CEO Mike Splinter and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group will host a luncheon celebration as we "Unlock the Mystery of Affordable Homes" at the Winchester Mystery House. There is only room for 100 participants who are willing to contribute at least $5,000 each to this important effort, and you should be there.
To join us in celebration and to be part of that success, email cguardino@svlg.net or call 408-501-7864 to join hundreds of other Silicon Valley leaders as we make a real difference for thousands of families.
