Good Government Luncheon Series
The Good Government Luncheon Series, originally founded by Ken Leonard while at Amdahl, is a gathering of Silicon Valley community leaders with key decision makers co-hosted by the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and its member companies. In 2001, Carl Guardino, President and CEO of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and Ken joined together to expand the format and list of speakers. California Health and Human Services Secretary Kim Belshé

Kimberly Belshé was appointed secretary of the California Health and Human Services Agency by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in November 2003. In this capacity, she serves as a member of the governor’s Cabinet and as his chief advisor on health, social services and rehabilitative policies.

Dale E. Bonner
host: Lockheed Martin, Sunnyvale
Dale E. Bonner was appointed in March, 2007 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as Secretary of the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency. Secretary Bonner previously served in the public sector as deputy secretary and general counsel for BT&H from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, he served as Commissioner of the California Department of Corporations.
